Cam Marston
Master of CeremoniesCam Marston is back for his tenth year with MLA and will serve as Master of Ceremonies. He is an author and top-rated keynote speaker who studies the trends shaping the workplace and marketplace. Through his firm, Generational Insights, he has spent more than 25 years researching generational differences and advising organizations — from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies — on recruiting, retention, leadership, and sales across age groups.
His engaging presentations combine research, real-world anecdotes, and practical strategies that audiences can apply immediately. Cam also hosts the What's Working with Cam Marston podcast and produces award-winning weekly commentaries for Alabama Public Radio.
Cam and his wife, Lisa, have four children and live in Mobile, Alabama. In August, they will become empty nesters when all four of their children will be in college. Finally.

He is a founding member and past chair of the Outdoor Recreation Roundtable and serves as chair of the International Council of Marine Industry Associations.
Frank brings more than 35 years of senior executive experience across the global sporting goods, outdoor recreation, and association management sectors. He is the only chief executive to have led three of America's most influential recreation trade organizations: NMMA, the RV Industry Association, and the Outdoor Industry Association.
As CEO of the Outdoor Industry Association, he led the landmark effort to quantify the economic impact of the U.S. outdoor recreation economy for the first time, demonstrating the sector's more than $1 trillion contribution. Frank lives in the Washington, D.C., area and maintains a home in Colorado.
Dr. Gustavo Grodnitzky

Andrew lives in Flower Mound, TX with his wife and three kids. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and coaching his son’s select baseball team.
