Speaker Biographies

Dr. Angelo Falcone

It is my great pleasure to introduce today’s keynote speaker, Dr. Angelo Falcone—a physician, entrepreneur, and leader with a remarkable career at the intersection of medicine, business, and wellness.

Dr. Falcone is a founding board member and partner of US Acute Care Solutions, the nation’s largest physician-owned partnership in the acute care space. The organization has grown to care for over 10 million patients annually, generating $2 billion in revenue.

Trained in emergency medicine at Georgetown and George Washington University Hospitals, then completing a Fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine, he has dedicated over 30 years of his career directly caring for tens of thousands of patients. However, his passion for healthcare extends beyond acute care. Witnessing firsthand the devastating impact of chronic disease, both in his patients and in personal experiences, he became deeply invested in the science of longevity and preventive medicine. This led him to pursue specialized training in Integrative Medicine, completing a fellowship through the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine in San Diego. In 2021, he launched his own integrative medicine practice, focusing on proactive strategies to prevent chronic disease and optimize long-term health.

Dr. Falcone’s commitment to holistic health and sustainable living also led he and his wife Amy to establish Bella Vita Farm, a farm using organic principles as well as aquaponics, in Maryland. Through sustainable agriculture, nutrient-dense food production, and community engagement, Bella Vita Farm embodies the philosophy that food is medicine—supporting health and longevity from the ground up. Today, Dr. Falcone brings his unique perspective—blending cutting-edge medical knowledge, real-world business acumen, and a passion for sustainable wellness—to help us rethink the future of healthcare, longevity, and well-being.
